i'm so happy!
i had big problems getting my leachies to eat (as you all know). but i orderd some repashy pure banana powder. and i got it today. so a few minutes ago i prepared it and put it in front of my leachies and they started to eat! I'm just so happy!!!!
i was so affraid they were gonna die or get ill or something. and i thougt i had to handfeed them like forever. I know i's not "real" food but we are on the right track. I'm gonna mix it with the Leachie diet in a few nights and every time i leave away some banana bowder and add some leachie dieet. so they get used to that. I'm just so happy, and a bit emmbaresed that i am happy aout something as normal as eating..... |

Re: i'm so happy!
Debbie, that is a great reason to be happy. You'll want to get switched over to the diet asap though.

I have two leachies that I got on October 13th, and I have never seen them eat. There seems to be nothing missing out of their bowls, but they're still here. They will not starve themselves to death as long as you provide fresh food. |

Re: i'm so happy!
yesterday i mixed it with leachie dieet and they eat!
I still have to put the bowl in from of them, but i don't have to force them anymore. So i guess that when i'm asleep they walk to the bowl by themselved and eat. I'm gonna mix it with more leachie diet and less banaba tonight and see if they will eat it. and from them an i'm just gonna make the food and put it in the viv. and they have to go to the bowl and eat by them selves... @ RAP66 good luck with your little one! hope that it will work for you to! |
