Hey Everyone,

I just made a post introducing the new SuperGel line of products I have been working on for the last two years. The line will eventually consist of at least a half a dozen formulas.

I have just finished adding the first two products to the retail store. I will start shipping it to dealers at the end of the week, so it isn't available anywhere else for a couple weeks.

I would like to get some feedback from you guys here if anyone is interested in trying the new products out.

The first two products are:

Bug Burger. A complete insect meal replacement gel. This premix easily makes a block of food that both hydrates and provides all essential nutrition for feeder insects such as roaches and crickets.

A one cup size block can feed a thousand medium crickets for up to a week depending on temperature and cricket size.

Hydro-Load is a non chemical polymer based (such as water crystals) plant based water replacement gel that is fortified with water soluble calcium and magnesium. It is designed to be used to hydrate insects that are fed dry diets and gutloads such as Repashy SuperLoad.

I would like feedback on label instructions, ease of use, and comparisons to what you currently use to feed your insects.

I've been using both products for about a month now, and they both are very good. I'd highly recommend people give these products a try. A healthier feeder equals a healthier pet!

I hope I put the Developement Team thing in the right place. I didn't see anything that exactly said "comment", just "note" so I put it there. Either way, I'm looking forward to getting some bug burger. Feeding feeders has been a pain in the butt for me.

I put it in the same place too. I also got some bug burger....excited to see how the roaches and crickets take it.

It may just be me having a "dur" moment, but when I first read the Bug Burger product description, I thought the product was made OF bugs and designed to feed INSTEAD of bugs... not bug food.

[Probably b/c "bug burger" gives me a visual of a burger bun with little insect parts sticking out the patty inside? LOL]

Yeah.... unfortunately of the few names that were catchy, this seemed to be a relatively common misconception.... I think it was between bug burger, and bug buffet....

Bug Burger sounds great, I think I might have to get some and see. Rhacodactyluses' are just getting easier and easier to keep.
