Is this normal?

Hi, if you know me my crestie lost his tail in January and a new pic of him being 27.7 grams now w/o tail but it seems like his tail is growing back:s. I seriously doubt this but I figured I'd point it out and see if maybe his is growing his nub slowly or something.

Re: Is this normal?

it's more of a regeneration on a crested then I've ever seen.... it'll be interesting to see if it regenerates any more then that.

Re: Is this normal?

oh boy!! lol my gf and I read this and this is hilarious. Maybe the Calcuium glubionate that I gave him from the herp vet boosted his tail stub by a lot after using the uvb light:| and he's eating almost everyday lol. I'll keep you guys informed though thanks!

Re: Is this normal?

Hello peoples!! I just wanted to give an update for this rare growing of my geckos tail. It was 3 weeks ago I posted this and at that time it was 1/4" long of regrowth and I have more news on it

Now it is a 'just' about 1/2" and seems to be still growing!!!!

Re: Is this normal?

Thats freaking weird it looks like a spear butt, haha but is way more growth than I would expect either. Usually it just kinda rounds out and stays stubby- very cool!
