Title under usernames - rep points question
Hey everyone, I was just curious, what is the means by which the title under your username changes, such as (egg,hatchling,adult,ect). Also, how does the whole (rep points) system work... you have to have more then one positive rep review to gain a rep point? And when you click on someone to give them rep points, it says you have 10 points, that meaning you can only hand out 10 points? Sorry for sounding noobish here, but I honestly cant find anything on the site about these, and was just curious.
