Newcomer with a question.
Hi everyone. I have 2 Juvie cresties, and am learning as I go being a person who has had mostly warm blooded creatures in the past (and current).
My question is, I have been using the exoterra moss mat in my terrarium and just noticed that one of the "kids" just swallowed a small piece. The one time I didn't take them out to give them a couple of crickets...never again! Anyone wi any suggestions, or do I just need to wait and hope it comes out? |

Re: Newcomer with a question.
Depends on the size of the piece he:she eat. But normally it will come out, just give it some time.

Yeah you'll just have to wait and see. There isn't anything you can do now since it's been eaten. I've seen geckos pass large sections of paper towel, so your gecko should be ok. Good idea to not feed them crickets on the moss next time.

Re: Newcomer with a question.
thanks a million to the both of you. I usually pull them out into their "feeding condo" to feed them separately, trust me, they will not be given crix in their tank again. Too stressful on them AND me! Learn by fire!
