Egg is at 112 days and still nothing..

I have a crestie egg that I'm hoping will be hatching soon. Two days ago is started sweating and shrinking, now it isn't sweating but I can't see movement anymore.. Should I do anything or just leave it?

I'd personally hold out & let mother nature take it's course.

Agreed. Have you noticed any tears in the shell, indicating the hatchling is close to emerging? I don't know for sure, but a deflating of the egg might not be a good sign if the hatchling has not emerged soon afterward. I think the turgidity of the shell is one of the things that helps allow the egg tooth to make the tears that eventually allow the hatchling to emerge. Nevertheless, I'd let it be and just take note of the smell. If it begins to smell bad, it is likely that it died in the process of hatching.

One of my clutches this year went to 115 and 114 days and the babies are doing splendidly- if the eggs aren't leaking or anything I'd leave them alone

Let it go and see what happens. It's not unheard of for crested eggs to go for 140-160+ days depending on incubation temps
