How to make a photo box?
I know there is some information on how to make one, but haven't had any luck finding info on how to make one step-by-step. Thank you!

Re: How to make a photo box?
Never used one.... I think you're better off learning how to either A) use your on camera flash effectively, or B) picking up a cheap hotshoe flash and a wireless trigger ( can be had for under $120 on ebay total for both) and play around with that. The wireless flash will only work if your camera has a hotshoe.... unless you get a wireless hotshoe flash that can be tripped as slave ( example Sigma ef500 dg super flash) when your on camera flash fires. For examples of what can be done with a $200 camera and a $100 flash, review some of Kyle's ( 'Salzy') photos on here from a couple of months ago. He may also be able to supply some example photos.
In my opinion light tents don't work the way most people anticipate them to.... mostly because all or most of your light is either coming from the top or the sides of the subject and shadowing out the focal point ( front) of the subject. This can be interesting for artistic purposes, but generally not desirable. The most natural light you can achieve will be generally from an angle from the front and above the subject ( like the sun or a light in a house). What kind of camera are you currently using?

Re: How to make a photo box?
It's nothing great, just an old canon I bought four years ago. I really should just invest in a new camera. Thanks everyone for helping me though!
