My first chewie pics

This is a dangerous path I've started on--the love of chahouas. Here's some pictures of the yet un-named new addition.

Re: My first chewie pics

No, no, no! Never let your chewie play electric dominos or work as your accountant! It's a recipe for disaster!

Very cute... welcome to the chewie addiction!

Where else? Steve at Leapin Leachies (seems like anyone who posts gets theirs from him--he must have quite a collection). She is very tiny--4.9g. They must hold their weight differently than cresteds, who look bigger at 5g, I think.

Haha--I never thought of it that way--I was just trying to find some common objects so that it would give the scope of size, which is sometimes missing in pics.

Re: My first chewie pics

Congrats! Our red male is from Steve. He has some of the most beautiful chahoua! The couple he has posted as examples on his website are to die for.

And you will love your chewie. They are the coolest rhac, imo.

I've noticed the same thing. Our hatchling is 4.3 grams but looks tiny yet. We also have a 20 gram female that has a body size much smaller than our cresteds at the same weight.

Re: My first chewie pics

Welcome to the addiction!!! There is no turning back, fighting the urge to buy more, and more chewies is futile! Make an envelope and mark it "chewie fund" that is what I have done, I am a lost cause!!
