what is the longest an egg has incubated for you? one of my females was producing duds then i found 1 egg rolled in substrate incubating since 9-30-07. she laid again only one on x-mas day.i've done the led candeling and can definitly see a dark mass in there. incubating on perlite temps are 66-70. i know cooler temps make eggs incubate longer. anyone ever have one go 120 days? longer? thanks

The care sheet Mike put together (look under care sheet section) seems to indicate incubations run from 90-120 days, so there's a good chance 120 isn't too much of a stretch.

and if i remember correctly, ive heard of them taking upwards of 150 days to incubate. the vast majority of mine were incubated around 72 degrees and hatched around 90 days.

if it goes bad, you'll notice. even if the embryo dies within the egg.

123 days the little bugger hatched last evening. so tiny, looks nothing like the parents.

just part of why phantasticus are so fascinating. the polymorphism within the species is simply amazing.

glad the lil one made it out. and i agree, you'll have to post pics!
