Genevieve, congrats! we just got our first pair of chahoua eggs a couple of weeks ago, and man was the female pissed when I tried to get them! She must have 'huffed' and bitten me at least a few times when she was guarding them, lol.... any such behavior from yours?

I let her sit with them for a few hours and then shooed her off. No hufffing or biting- she is pretty flighty to start with though.

How are your eggs doing? I expect these to be duds since it's their first clutch, but have my fingers crossed anyways.
