Gilbert All Plastered

Well I saw Gilbert all out in the open last night and thought it would be a good time to take some pics of him. he is growing quite fast up to 27 or so grams now, and is getting a nice green color, which is all washed out from the flash but it's there.

I just like how he sticks to his logs and walls like glue! and it's a pain to pick him up since he basically plasters himself to the surfaces.

wow, he looks almost indentical to my nuu ana from phillipe, mine is just like that as well, its very hard to pick him up sometimes

I love the name! I almost named my pug, Gilbert. I'm looking for a male Ami--think I'll get him from Philipe(my female came from Fast lines) Gilbert looks like he has some nice interlacing pattern. Wonder what he'll look like after "the great pigment migration". Thanks for sharing, he's a cutie

ya I've noticed that the leachies all look very similar as babies and juvies... For a while there I suspect Philippe gave me a Nuu Ana instead of a Nuu Ami, but I can see the differences now, he's got the Nuu Ami face.

and when I try to pick him up it's like he just shimmies along his log and glass like a hover craft! hehehehe

and adds a few chirps as he shimmies away from me.:D :D

And I was expecting to see a drunk gecko :) He's cool. It must be nice to have a gecko that you can actually hold.
