yea...this caresheet was typed up in MSWord, and these forums dont really allow for indented paragraphs. thats just part of the trouble of posting this stuff on a forum...just doesnt quite read the same. so theres really not much i could do about that. if i had my own webspace i could just do it all in html or whatever, but i dont. furthermore, these sites are frequented much more often, so it's the best way to get it out there. so if you have trouble reading it, you could always copy it and paste it back into MSWord, or any other word processor, and redo indents or whatever. ill probably be making an abridged version of this with only the absolutely essential care info for the people who dont want to read through it all.
